We're so sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out... but there’s good news!
You can send the item back to us for a full refund of the purchase price. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We inspect all items thoroughly prior to shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so that we can save you another one if it’s in stock.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you choose to return an item, please return the item within 14 days. All that we ask is that it meets the below criteria:
Postmarked within 14 days of receipt & provide a tracking number
In the original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition
Returned in original packaging
Returns We Can’t Accept:
Intimates (bandeaus, swimwear, bralettes, leggings, etc).
It happens to us all, you order one size but it doesn't quite fit right. If you need a different size or color, please email email@example.com. Our items are exclusive and therefore limited in quantity, but if we your item in stock, we will gladly get it to you! All exchange items will be sent out once the original item is returned. If what you need is not in stock, you will be given a full refund of the purchase price.
Shipping fees are non-refundable & we ask that you pay return shipping for returns and exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, we will cover the cost of shipping.
